My heart often feels heavy when I think of people in emotional pain, like the kind I experienced at the end of my marriage. Through my words, I've tried to offer support and guidance to those who have felt that crushing pain. I know it takes time, but it also takes intention and the willingness to experience the discomfort while taking steps toward healing.
