Who I Am.

I am a curious soul on a journey through life. I moved to Panama from the US in July 2019 and never looked back.

I'm a writer and a coach. I love writing about life experiences through the lens of my past and my own perceptions with the hope the reader will reflect on their own thoughts and feelings. 

Currently, I’m creating content for my two YouTube Channels, Patty Blue Hayes and You Can Heal Your Heartbreak.
